Absolutely and well put.  It's amazing how a little prototyping up front can really help a user wrap their head around the potential solutions in front of them.  A few degrees off at the start of a project are a lot easier to traverse than the same number of degrees further into the same.

Keep spreading the gospel about good design.</description>
