		<description>I'm taking a similar approach to a project I'm engaged in right now.  In short its consolidating and rebuilding a bunch of contact databases for a client and remodeling all of the processes by which they interact with the databases.  

We're only in the early process-mapping stage - the storyboarding - and this month we'll move on to some prototyping.   I think that you've mentioned some good tools for wireframing in previous posts, but cant recall where - can you suggest anything?</description>
